The project followed an Agile/Scrum methodology, with continuous deliveries and ongoing collaboration between teams.

Co-development model, aligned with the backlog and institutional priorities.
Sprint cycles, replacing the waterfall approach.
Flexible capacity management, adapting resources according to workload.
Total integration with UVM's testing, documentation, and deployment flows.
